Gnall v. Gnall

119 A.3d 891 (NJ Sup. Ct., 2015)

There is no bright line distinguishing between long term and short term marriages in deciding whether to award permanent alimony. Trial court incorrectly stated that permanent alimony was only for marriages of over 25 years.
