In Re Marriage of Drier v. Drier

Cite

119 Wis. 2d  312, 351 N.W.2d 745 (WI Ct. App. 1984)

Summary

Trial court did not abuse its discretion in holding open child support, even though wife was receiving AFDC.  Taxpayer reimbursement does not take precedence over best interest of child and does not require devastating assets.  No requirement that c/s be ordered in all cases where need and ability to pay are established.
